Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Servtide ("Service"), which is operated by Teranotics Tech Solutions ("Teranotics", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, your team’s access, and keeping credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act for your business.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Free trials convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Card payments you collect from your customers are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe’s terms; a platform fee may apply per your plan.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can change or cancel your plan from your billing settings.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, violate laws, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you put into the Service. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service. You can export your data at any time.

6. Availability & changes

We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update features and these Terms; material changes will be communicated.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

8. Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination you may export your data for a reasonable period.
