This Privacy Policy explains how Teranotics Tech Solutions ("Teranotics", "we", "us"), which operates Servtide, collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and software ("Service"). By using the Service you agree to this policy.
2. Information we collect
Account information you provide — name, email, company, and the data you enter to run your business (customers, jobs, invoices, etc.).
Usage and device information collected automatically, such as log data and basic analytics, to operate and improve the Service.
Payment information is processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
3. How we use information
To provide, secure, and improve the Service; to communicate with you; and to comply with legal obligations.
Your business data is processed on your behalf to deliver the features you use. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Data isolation & security
Each business’s data is isolated at the database level (row-level security), sensitive third-party tokens are encrypted at rest, and access is least-privilege. See our Security page for details.
5. Sharing
We share data with service providers (e.g., hosting, payments, email/SMS) only as needed to run the Service, and as required by law. Optional integrations you enable (e.g., QuickBooks, cloud backup) receive data you direct them to.
6. Your choices & rights
You can access, export (CSV), correct, or delete your data within the app or by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as GDPR or CCPA.
7. Retention
We retain data while your account is active and as needed for legal and operational purposes, then delete or anonymize it.
