Do you charge per user or per seat?
No. Every plan is one flat organization license that covers your whole company — Starter includes up to 5 users, Pro up to 30, and Business up to 200. Add techs, CSRs, and office staff without paying the $30–60 per user the big platforms charge.
What if we have more than 200 users?
We offer custom organization pricing above 200 users, with volume terms, SSO, and dedicated onboarding. Get in touch and we’ll tailor a plan.
Are prices in Canadian dollars?
Yes. Every plan is billed in CAD, plus applicable GST/HST — no US pricing or exchange-rate surprises.
What are the card-payment fees?
Card payments run through Stripe or Moneris into your own account. Servtide adds only a low per-transaction platform fee that drops by plan (1% on Starter, 0.5% on Pro, 0.25% on Business).
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime. Annual billing saves about two months versus monthly.
What happens after the trial?
