Use Servtide on your phone

Servtide installs straight to your phone’s home screen and works offline — no App Store or Google Play needed. Add it once, sign in, and your crew runs jobs from the field.

Install Servtide on your phone

Your phone’s web browser
  1. On iPhone/iPad: open your Servtide web address in Safari, tap the Share button, then choose “Add to Home Screen”.
  2. On Android: open your Servtide web address in Chrome, tap the menu (⋮) or the “Install” banner, then “Install app”.
  3. A Servtide icon appears on your home screen — open it like any app; it runs full-screen.

Tips

  • Dedicated App Store & Google Play apps are in development — for now Servtide installs straight from your browser as a full-screen app.
  • It picks up your company’s name and colours automatically.

Sign in

  1. Open Servtide from your home screen.
  2. Enter your email, password, and your organization slug, then sign in.

What to enter

  • Email & password — the login your office set up for you
  • Organization slug — your company’s short name (ask the office if unsure)

Watch out

  • One sign-in gives access to one organization.

Allow camera (for job photos)

  1. The first time you add a photo, your phone asks to use the camera — tap Allow.

Tips

  • Photos attach to the job and sync to the office automatically.

Allow location (for dispatch & routing)

  1. When prompted, allow location so dispatch can route and follow jobs.

Tips

  • Choose “Allow while using the app” for tighter privacy.

Work offline

On the job
  1. Keep working with no signal — view jobs, capture photos and notes, and update status.
  2. Everything syncs automatically once you’re back in service.

Tips

  • No spinning “loading” in the basement — it works and catches up later.

Run your day

  1. See the jobs assigned to you, get directions, and update each one as you go.
  2. Punch in and out for accurate timesheets.

Done when

  • Servtide added to your home screen
  • Signed in to your organization
  • Camera permission allowed (for photos)
  • Location permission allowed (for dispatch)
  • Confirmed it opens and shows your jobs
  • Tested capturing a photo offline
